Who we are

We are a full service IT company local to the Buffalo, NY area.  We cover the full range of PC service, including:

• PC repair, replacement, troubleshooting
• Custom programming
• Design, implementation, maintenance and administration of Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Web hosting, web site and page design

But you expected all that.  You want to know how we differ from all those other guys out there, right?

Fair question.

Service.  At HERO Data Services, we pride ourselves on our level of service.  See, we don't think of ourselves as just another one of your vendors.   We consider ourselves your business partner, and as such the health of our business depends on the success of yours.  We can be your company's IT department if you don't have or can't afford one of your own.  We can alleviate your computer headaches: we can maintain your network, repair your PCs, host your website, or write your data bridge, and we can do it cheaper than having your own IT staff.

Breadth.  We can handle all facets of your IT needs, from networks to web service, soup to nuts, so you don't have to deal with multiple companies that point fingers at each other when something goes wrong.  Whatever the problem, we are the only phone call you need to make to get resolution.

Support.  We are a phone call away at all times, and we can get to you quickly.  Our support is 24/7, and we don't charge extra for emergencies that might occur in the middle of the night.  Crises don't always schedule themselves during regular business hours -- it's not our policy to take advantage of someone else's misfortune.

Communication.  We're easy to understand.  We won't spin your head with jargon and techno-babble.  We will explain things in plain English and let you know what your options are, even if they don't include us.  Which leads us to our next point:

Honesty and Integrity.  It might sound corny, but we're not out to make a quick sale or or stick anybody with the most expensive albatross just to make a quick buck.  We're looking for long-term relationships with our clients, and the best way to achieve them is to be straight-forward and treat clients fairly.  We also don't charge to discuss a problem.

Oh yeah, and we don't charge for labor if we can't fix it, either.
