Pay History Viewer

Going off service with ADP and want to keep the ability to view check history information without maintaining the ADP application?

Hero Data Services can extract the check history from your ADP application and feed it into our own stand-alone Check Viewer application. The Check Viewer can look up individual check records for employees by name, Social Security number, or company code and file number, and run summary or detail reports based on a supplied range. Best of all, if you decide to go back on service with ADP in the future, we can re-feed this information back into ADP's system!

Hero Data has experience programming special projects on ADP's own mainframes. We have a great deal of experience with the file formats that you would receive if you have left service with ADP. Our detailed knowledge allows us to extract your employee information from these special files and return it to you in a usable format to load into your new system. Hero Data can also produce recurring or one time reports from the data in Management Reports that you download from ADP.
