Company Defaults
To setup and edit Company defaults go to Maintenance ->
Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window, shown below, will open at the Company tab.
Use the Company tab to set up information about your company
as you want it to appear on Proposals, Invoices, Statements, etc.
Most of the fields are self-explanatory, however, some require
special explanation:
| Website:
|
Enter your company's
website address, which will appear on Proposals and Invoices. If left blank,
this line does not get printed.

| Area code:
|
Your company's area code.
This number will also be automatically inserted in all phone fields for clients
when new ones are added.

| Location:
|
When you have multiple physical
locations or multiple copies of the software and need to export each as a separate
location to a third-party package such as MAS90, you can specify a location number
here, from 1-35. If you do not need this feature, leave set at 0.

| Description:
|
Enter a name or description of the Location field here. The contents of the Description field also appear in the title of the main @Quote Plus 32 window, circled below, so you can know which copy of the software you're using if you have multiple copies installed.

Note that you must move to another row in the table to save your changes. You can do this with the mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys. Click Close to exit the Defaults window.
