E-mailing [030107]
To e-mail a report (or proposal or work order or invoice), simply click the E-mail button located at the top of the report (or proposal or work order or invoice).  If you are e-mailing proposals, invoices or statements, and you have contacts specified to receive the proposals, invoices or statements via e-mail, a window will open up asking you if you want to send the batch to the contacts. Select Yes and the E-mail to specified contacts window, below, will open.  Click Send and your proposals, invoices or statements will be e-mailed to the assigned contacts. Note that you can use the E-mail window to copy (CC or BCC) additional parties as well as edit the e-mail's "Subject" and "Message." If you select No, a New message window, below, will open. Similarly, if there are not contacts specified to receive the specific item via e-mail or you are e-mailing a work order or general report, no question will be asked and the standard New message window will open automatically.  Enter the e-mail address or addresses of the parties you wish to send the item to in the "To," "CC" and/or "BCC" fields. In addition, you can use the New message window to edit the the e-mail's "Subject" and "Message." Click Send and the item will be e-mailed to the addresses you have just entered. Upon sending your message, a Status window will open advising you that your mail was sent sucessfully.  Click OK.
