Export



This item is used to export invoices to a third party package. To access Export, simply click on File from the top menu, then Export, then either Clients or Full.

Note that while MAS90 and QuickBooks can export all the different types of transactions using a single file, Peachtree requires separate files. Consequently, if you select Peachtree as your export method, the Export menu will show the diffent export options: Clients, Invoices, Payments and Inventory (see below).


The Export menu option will only appear on the File menu if the Client/Invoice field on the Export defaults tab is set to something other than "none". Similarly, whether you get Clients and/or Full depends upon the choices made on the Export defaults tab. Contact your @Quote Plus 32 representative for additional details regarding the Export feature as well as the use of a third party package.
