Faxing [030123]
To fax a report (or proposal or work order or invoice), simply click the Fax button located at the top of the report (or proposal or work order or invoice).  If you are faxing proposals, invoices or statements, and you have contacts specified to receive the proposals, invoices or statements via facsimile, a window will open up asking you if you want to send the batch to the contacts. Select Yes and the Fax to specified contacts window, below, will open.  Click Send and your proposals, invoices or statements will be faxed to the assigned contacts. If you select No, a New Fax Message window, below, will open. Similarly, if there are not contacts specified to receive the specific item via facsimile or you are faxing a work order or general report, no question will be asked and the standard New Fax Message window will open automatically.  Enter the fax recipeint's name in the To field, fax number in the Number field and company in the Company field. Click Send and the item will be faxed to the number you have just entered. Note both the Fax to specifed contacts window and the New Fax Message window contain a checkbox which allows you to Include CoverPage. Uncheck the box if you do not want to send a cover page with your fax. The default cover page is the Generic page. With Generic, you can use the Fax window to edit the Subject and Message. You can, however, create your own cover pages in WinFaxPro -- just make sure to remember where the custom fax cover pages are saved. To use one of custom cover pages, change CoverPage from Generic to File on the dropdown list. Upon choosing File, you must use the Select button to the point to where you have saved the custom cover page file you wish to use and select that cover page. Once selected, click Open.  Upon faxing your message, a View Fax Summary window will open advising you whether or not that your fax was sent successfully.
