Mailing Labels [030216]



The Mailing Labels command allows you to print mailing labels using information pulled from your Client screens. To access Mailing Labels, simply click on File from the top menu, then Print, then Mailing Labels.

Avery 5160 (3 across) provides a printable list of mailing labels (three-across, ten-down on individual sheets) for inkjet and laser printers. Note you can also substitute comparable mailing labels such as Office Max 86110 (laser printer), Office Max 86110 (ink jet printer), Staples 479880 or Office Depot 111682 for Avery 5160.

Upon selecting Avery 5160, you will get a standard Windows Print Setup screen, below, which you can use to change your printer selection. Note that you should not change your paper size and layout as this will negatively affect your labels.



Click OK to print the labels.
