Miscellaneous Defaults
To set up and edit your Miscellaneous defaults, go to
Maintenance -> Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window will open up. Click on the Miscellaneous tab.
Use the Miscellaneous tab to set up and edit the following information:

Adjustment reasons: |
Add or edit the adjustment Reasons you will use when you "adjust" (apply a credit to) the balance of an invoice. To add a new entry, simply click on the last row of the table and press the down arrow (↓) key on your keyboard, adding a new row. To edit an entry, click on the entry and type over it. To delete an item, select it and click the Delete button.
Note that in order to properly export information out to a third-party accounting package, @Quote Plus 32 requires that any adjustment Reasons be predefined and have a corresponding G/L Codes for each. If you are not planning to export to another package, you do not need to enter any G/L codes, but you must still predefine your list of adjustments.

When setup is complete, click Close to save changes and exit.
