Optimize Defaults
To set up and edit your Optimize defaults, go to
Maintenance -> Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window will open up. Click on the Optimize tab.
Use the Optimize tab to set up and edit the following information:

Delete audit records after: |
Number of days
(30-999) of audit trail history to keep on file.
|
|
Delete retired inventory items: |
If checked, inventory
items that have been flagged as retired will be deleted permanently
when they no longer appear on any jobs.
|
|
Delete unused employees: |
If checked, employees flagged
as retired will be deleted from the system when they no longer appear
on any jobs.
|
|
Delete uninvoiced jobs after: |
If checked, number of days (365-999)
after which uninvoiced jobs will be deleted from the system.
|
|
Delete clients w/o jobs after: |
If checked, number of days (120-999)
to maintain clients that have no jobs, after which they
will be deleted for inactivity.
|
|
Delete paid invoices after: |
This option is not currently implemented.
|
When setup is complete, click Close to save changes and exit.
