Phases/Sequences Defaults

To setup and edit Phases/Sequences defaults go to Maintenance -> Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window will open up. Click on the Phases/Sequences defaults tab.

Use the Phases/Sequences defaults tab to set up and edit the following information:

Phase Names: Use this table to create and edit your list of predefined Phase Names which will appear on the Phase Name dropdown list used when adding a new phase.

Sequence Names: Use this table to create and edit your list of predefined Sequence Names which will appear on the Workarea dropdown list used when adding a new Phase Item/Sequence. The second column, Difficulty, is used to specify a default difficulty level that will be used adding this workarea to a phase. For example, if you use difficulty level 7 for materials in inventory to specify a different rate of pay for installers on crawlspaces, you can set the "Crawlspace" workare on this list to default to difficulty level 7. When you select Crawlspace on a phase, the difficulty level will default to 7.

Note that the names that come with @Quote Plus 32 are examples only, you are welcome to use them, but do not need to. To add a new entry to either table, simply click on the last row of the table and press the down arrow (↓) key on your keyboard, adding a new row. To edit an entry, click on the entry and type over it. To delete an item, select it and click the Delete button.
