Quick Sale Defaults

Quick Sale has not yet been implemented in @Quote Plus 32.
|
To set up and edit your Quick Sale defaults, go to Maintenance -> Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window will open up. Click on the QuickSales tab.
Use the QuickSales tab to set up and edit the following information:

Tax Loc: |
From the Tax Loc dropdown list, specify a default tax rate be applied to over-the-counter sales.

Price Level: |
You can tell @Quote Plus 32 to either use each client's price level for Quick Sales or use a predetermined default price level for ALL Quick Sales. If you choose the default price level option, the dropdown box next to it will light up for you to select the desired price level.

SP: |
You can instruct @Quote Plus 32 to either assign the client's designated salesperson to all Quick Sales or use a default salesperson for ALL Quick Sales. If you opt for a default salesperson, the dropdown list will light up for you to select a salesperson.

Phase: |
Select a default Phase Name to be used on all Quick Sales. Since Quick Sales are added in as jobs under that client, @Quote Plus 32 needs to see phase and sequence names for all parts of the job. If you do not wish to use a name from the Phase Name dropdown list, you can enter a new name in this field to be used. It will not be added to the Phase Name list.

Sequence: |
As with Phase, you can select a Sequence Name to be used for all Quick Sales from the dropdown list, or enter a sequence name not on the Sequence Name dropdown list. Any new entry will not be added to the Sequence Name list.

Job Name: |
Specify a default Job Name to appear on Quick Sales. Note, however, that the user may type over it.

|
Job Type: |
Specify a default Job Type when new Quick Sales is added.
|
|
Sales Catg: |
Specify a default Sales Category to be assigned when new Quick Sales are added.
|
|
Client Type: |
Specify a default Client Type for new clients that are added through Quick Sales.
|
|
Show pricing if no override: |
If this box is checked and there is no manual override price, @Quote Plus 32 will show individual line prices for each item on a Quick Sale. If a manual price is used, these individual line prices are suppressed.

When setup is complete, click Close to save changes and exit.
