Reports To access reports in @Quote Plus 32, simply click on File from the top menu, then Print, then Reports. You can also access reports by using the Ctrl+R "hot" key. Note that the Reports menu option will only appear if the user has been granted access to at least one of the reports groups on the Users form.
 Accessing reports will open the Reports window. Listed on the left side of the Reports window are the six categories of reports: Client, Job, History, Inventory, Salespeople and Other. Note that you will only see the report categories that have been enabled for you on the Users form.  Select a report category by checking the circle to the left of the desired category. (In the example below, we have selected Inventory).  Upon making your selection, a list of specific reports will appear in the box at the right. To run a report, double-click the desired report name, or click once on it, then click OK. (In the example above, we have selected the Inventory Transfer In/Out report). Next, you will get the Retrieve screen that allows you to tell @Quote Plus 32 which records you want to retrieve for the selected report. Once you have run a report, note that the top of each report has the same set of buttons (see below).  See Printing for information on the Close, Print, Setup and Save buttons, Faxing for information on the Fax button, and E-mailing for information on the E-mail button.
