Setup & Configuration

The Setup & Configuration utility allow you to set up and edit various defaults. To access these defaults, go to Maintenance then Defaults on the top menu.

This will open the @Quote Plus Defaults window. Clicking on any of the "tabs" at the top of the Defaults window (circled in red below) will give you access to the corresponding screen for that default on which you can enter and edit your default information.

Each default tab is discussed in its own page of this manual. To access information regarding one of the default tabs, simply click on the appropriate link, provided below:

Company Reports
General Quick Sales
Taxes A/R
Client Export
Job Employee
Phases/Sequences Miscellaneous
Inventory Optimize
Proposal Internet/Fax
Invoice Scheduler
Work Order Order Manager

Once you have entered or edited information on one or more of the Default tabs, click Close to save changes and exit.
