View, found under File from the top menu, gives you to access to several important log files.

Revision History

This is a log of revisions made to @Quote Plus 32. Revisions are listed by Build Number. To find out what changes/additions have been made in @Quote Plus 32 updates, note your current build number, then, after applying an update, check all the entries on the Revision History after that number up to the new current build number.



Optimize Log

Check this log EVERY time you run Optimize. It will tell you if you had any errors. HERO Data Services should be notified of any errors.



Export Log

This is the log files of what was last exported. If you export @Quote Plus 32 into a third party accounting package, this log should be checked upon running an export.



Fix Log

This is the log of any special operations done by HERO Data Services reps. This should only be accessed at their request.
