Work Order Defaults
To setup and edit Work Order defaults go to Maintenance -> Defaults on the top menu. The @Quote Plus Defaults window will open up. Click on the Work Order tab.
Use the Work Order tab to set up and edit the following information:

Style: |
Determines the style of work order to be printed. All styles use a single-spaced font and can be printed on impact, laser or inkjet printers. Test them all to see which one suits your needs.

Options: |
Clicking this button will open the Work Order layout options window, in which you can add a header or a footer, and adjust the margins.
|
|
Font: |
The font your work order will print in. Click on the Select button to change your font.
|

Round loads to: |

Use the dropdown to set the work order load sheet quantity rounding to either the "Next whole unit" or the "Next tenth of a unit."

Show Labor Column: |
Check this box to show the
labor amount for each item on the work order.
|

Show Labor Total: |
Check this box to show the
labor total for each phase on the work order.
|
|
Eject Blank Page: |
[021102] For tractor-feed
printers, check this box eject a blank page after printing to facilitate
paper line-up.

Repeat Job Info: |
Check this box to include job information, such as Work Area, SqFt, and the labor column (when that option has been checked, above) on the work order on every page after the first.

Click Close to save changes and exit the Defaults window.
